About
“My focus is on supporting and helping others discover their inner power.”
Why I became a therapist
Hey there! I chose to become a therapist because I'm passionate about walking alongside people on their journey. My focus is on supporting and helping others discover their inner power. Witnessing an individual regain control over their lives is incredibly rewarding. I believe everyone deserves a space where they feel safe and truly heard and that’s where I come in - to create a comfortable zone where you can just be you, without judgment.
Who I work with
I specialize in supporting adults and young adults through life transitions, grief, loss, self-identity, relationship challenges, and women’s concerns. I also have extensive experience helping individuals manage anxiety, depression, ADHD, self-esteem issues, trauma, and complex PTSD (C-PTSD). With a background working with clients from diverse backgrounds, I understand the unique impacts of cultural identity, belonging, and adaptation on mental health. My goal is to create a supportive space where you can explore your unique journey, feel empowered to achieve your personal goals, and move toward a life that aligns with your values. and aspirations.
