Why I became a therapist

I became a therapist because I am passionate in the belief that everyone deserves to lead a fulfilling and meaningful life. I have realized that for many of us, there are limited safe and supportive environments to freely navigate the complexities of our emotions. I am dedicated to ensuring that my clients feel seen and validated, acknowledging the significance of your experiences and emotions. I deeply value the uniqueness of each individual's journey. I believe fully in the therapeutic relationship, and as a therapist I hope to enable healing, help create clarity, and support you in reaching your goals both personally and within your relationships.

Who I work with

My specific areas of interest include working with individuals who are experiencing anxiety, depression, life transitions, relationship concerns, grief and loss, trauma, career stress, attachment, and difficulties with self-esteem. I particularly enjoy working with adults around issues pertaining to identity development and navigating relationships. My goal is to act as a supportive presence for my clients as they move through what is often a confusing and challenging world.

“I approach therapy with empathy and compassion recognizing that each person's journey is unique and deserving of respect.”
