About
“I believe everyone deserves a place to explore their thoughts and emotions without judgment.”

Why I became a therapist
I have always found deep meaning in human connection and creating a space where others feel safe and supported. I believe everyone deserves a place to explore their thoughts and emotions without judgment. My inspiration and passion for therapy comes from witnessing how compassion and validation can spark profound growth and healing. It’s an honor to walk alongside others on their journey toward self-discovery and empowerment.

Who I work with
I specialize in working with adolescents, young adults, and adults facing challenges like anxiety, life transitions, relationship conflicts, communication barriers, OCD, and emotional dysregulation. I also have experience working with those dealing with suicidality and self-injurious behaviors. I welcome individuals from all backgrounds and value the unique experiences each person brings to our work together.

“ I am here to listen and collaboratively explore the obstacles that may inhibit you from leading a meaningful life.”
Working With Me
I honor and value the therapeutic relationship as an opportunity to offer guidance in exploring emotions and strengthening one’s ability to cope with life’s challenges. I am here to listen and collaboratively explore the obstacles that may inhibit you from leading a meaningful life. A sense of helplessness and hopelessness can transpire as a result of past experiences or feeling a loss of control in our lives. Rather than analyzing the past, I primarily focus on how our current thoughts, feelings, and behaviors keep us stuck in an endless cycle of struggle. I empower individuals to reclaim control of their life and draw from their strengths and resiliency to move toward positive change.
