About
“I believe therapy is a powerful tool for meaningful change, allowing people to access their most vulnerable parts and unlock their potential for lasting transformation.”

Why I became a therapist
My passion for helping others and building a supportive community led me to therapy. Witnessing and supporting people grow, adapt to life changes, and embrace new roles is incredibly fulfilling. My background in education reinforced the importance of creating safe spaces where individuals feel seen, heard, and valued. I believe therapy is a powerful tool for meaningful change, allowing people to access their most vulnerable parts and unlock their potential for lasting transformation.

Who I work with
I work with adolescents, adults, individuals, couples, and families from all backgrounds. My passion lies in supporting those navigating life transitions, anxiety, depression, trauma, grief, stress, self-esteem, identity formation, men’s issues, and relationship challenges. I also help individuals manage OCD and ADHD tendencies. Additionally, I empower parents to build strong, healthy connections with their children, using practical strategies like role-playing and real-life skill application. My aim is to provide a supportive space where you can grow, heal, and thrive.
