About
“Therapy with me is a space where you don’t have to explain everything or water yourself down. “

Why I became a therapist
Hi, my name is Najah. I became a therapist after years of advocacy with survivors of domestic violence, sexual assault, and human trafficking. That work taught me how trauma can echo across generations—not only in my own family, but throughout entire communities. It also showed me that healing becomes possible when we interrupt those cycles with care, truth-telling, and connection. I chose this path because I wanted to hold space for people as they move through healing and begin to reconnect with themselves. My hope is to help individuals build a safe, affirming foundation for how they relate to their own stories—and how they choose to show up in the world around them.

Who I work with
I work with adolescents, young adults, and adults—who are navigating identity, trauma, and change. My practice centers those often pushed to the margins: BIPOC and LGBTQIA+ folks who have had to move through systems that were not built with them in mind. Some of the areas I support include: identity exploration and life transitions; relationship conflict, intergenerational trauma and systemic trauma, and anxiety, stress, and emotional regulation. My goal is to support people in making sense of their experiences, connecting with their inner strength, and building a life that reflects who they truly are—not who the world told them to be.

Working With Me
Therapy with me is a space where you don’t have to explain everything or water yourself down. I bring a relationship centered, trauma-informed, and identity-affirming approach to this work—one that recognizes the impact of society on our personal experiences and internal lens. I show up with honesty, care, and respect, and I strive to create a space where you can feel grounded, seen, and supported. This work isn’t about perfection. It’s about showing up, together, and making room for what’s been heavy. We’ll explore the ways your past and present intersect, reflect on what you’re carrying, and work toward something that feels more aligned and possible. Therapy won’t always be easy, but it will be real—and I’ll be right there with you.
