About
“I am dedicated to guiding individuals towards a path of transformative growth.”
Why I became a therapist
I became a therapist out of a deep curiosity and passion for understanding people. This curiosity drives me to help clients navigate their challenges and discover the best version of themselves. I believe that when we approach life with genuine curiosity—about ourselves and those around us—we gain a clearer understanding of who we are. This clarity empowers us to make informed choices and meaningful adjustments, leading to growth and fulfillment. My goal is to support you on this journey, providing a space where you can explore, heal, and thrive.
Who I work with
Therapy is a collaborative relationship between you, the expert on your own life, and me, your therapist. My approach is grounded in authenticity and self-awareness, creating a space that encourages self-reflection and acceptance. I work with individuals, couples, and families facing anxiety, navigating life transitions, trauma, depression and managing relationship concerns. I have a particular passion for supporting families and couples in conflict management and improving communication. I am also certified in discernment therapy to help those couples and relationships who are considering whether or not separation is right for them. I also especially enjoy working with those who are experiencing symptoms of ADHD and other executive functioning challenges.
“Your aspirations for an enriched and rewarding life is paramount, and I look forward to accompanying you on your journey.”
