About
“Life can have many challenges and difficulties, but you don’t have to go through it alone.”
Why I became a therapist
I have witnessed how perseverance, reflection, and professional support can make lasting changes in someone’s life. It is this journey of self and relational growth that has always made me interested in being a therapist. I am passionate about helping others heal, grow, and improve their personal and relational lives; giving them a space that they can be vulnerable and open, while motivating them to navigate emotions and perceptions, as well as rebuild connections.
Who I work with
I specialize in working with adolescents, adults, individuals, couples, and families who struggle with grief, anxiety, depression, self-esteem, life transitions, family or couples’ conflict or miscommunication. I take a strength-based approach that focuses on empowering clients to share their perspectives, and facilitates self-awareness, healing, and personal growth. The quality of our relationships and self-perceptions impacts the quality of our lives, thus I encourage clients to share their stories, explore alternative pathways, and move toward their desired change.

Working With Me
Life can have many challenges and difficulties, but you don’t have to go through it alone. You might be looking for therapy because it feels like you keep experiencing the same obstacles repeatedly. You might be looking for help to process difficult thoughts, emotions, or behavior; or it might be that there is miscommunication with your partner or a lack of connection with a family member. Maybe you want to explore who you are and what you want in life. Or this is simply your effort to reach out and try to create change for yourself and others in your life. I believe in providing a supportive therapeutic environment for clients to develop healthy solutions, while recognizing and utilizing strengths for a continued journey to healing. My approach is to provide a genuine, empathetic, and collaborative environment to explore one’s strengths, skills, supports, and empowerment to take an active role in your life. I provide a space in which clients can reflect on their experiences, learn and practice the tools to manage emotions, thoughts, and behaviors, and work toward their own unique goals.
