About
"I help individuals build the confidence to create meaningful change in their lives."

Why I became a therapist
I’ve always been deeply curious about people—their lives, their stories, and the experiences that shape them. Each of us carries a unique history that influences who we are and who we strive to become. I wanted to become a therapist because I believe in the power of change and growth, and I wanted to be part of a profession that helps individuals navigate life’s challenges in a meaningful way. My passion for understanding relationships led me to study marriage and family therapy. I’ve always been fascinated by the ways we connect, communicate, and impact one another, whether in romantic partnerships, families, or friendships. Our closest relationships can be a source of deep fulfillment but also deep pain, and I wanted to help people create healthier, more secure bonds. In my work, I strive to provide a safe, supportive space where clients can explore their authentic selves, inner emotions, and vulnerabilities without fear of judgment. My goal is to help people gain insight into their patterns, heal from past wounds, and move toward a life that feels more aligned with who they truly are.

Who I work with
I work with individuals, couples, and families, providing a supportive space for clients to navigate life’s challenges and personal growth. My areas of focus include life transitions, relationship dynamics, attachment issues, and emotional regulation. I am particularly passionate about working with emerging and young adults as they explore identity, relationships, and personal development. However, my experience also extends to children, adolescents, and middle-aged adults, each facing unique challenges at different stages of life. I strive to create a therapeutic environment that is non-judgmental, sex-positive, and inclusive of diverse relationship structures, including non-monogamy. I recognize the importance of cultural sensitivity and aim to provide a space where all clients feel seen, understood, and supported in their journey toward healing and growth.

Working With Me
I strive to create a supportive and collaborative space where you feel heard, valued, and empowered. I guide my clients in exploring their past experiences to gain deeper insight into how these shape their present and influence their goals. Through active listening, humor, and empathy, I help individuals build the confidence to create meaningful change in their lives. My approach is rooted in experiential and attachment-based therapy, where we focus on present-moment emotions while also examining how early relationships have shaped current patterns of connection. By integrating narrative therapy techniques, we work together to identify and reframe harmful narratives, allowing for a more compassionate and secure sense of self. For couples, I complement this approach with Gottman methods, helping partners improve communication, deepen emotional connection, and strengthen their relationship. My goal is to foster a space where you can navigate challenges with greater clarity, resilience, and self-acceptance.
