About
“Therapy is a collaborative process, and I strive to help people build deeper connections with themselves and the relationships that matter most.”

Why I became a therapist
My own experience with therapy has shaped my belief in its ability to foster understanding, healing, and growth. When I first started therapy years ago, I was hesitant and unsure of what to expect. That experience helps me understand how daunting it can feel to explore emotions, but I also know how transformative the process can be when approached with openness and intention. Supporting others in their therapeutic journey has strengthened my appreciation for this work. I find deep meaning in helping people gain insight, build self-compassion, and make lasting changes that align with their values. My goal is to provide a space where you feel understood, empowered, and confident in your ability to navigate life’s challenges with clarity and purpose.

Who I work with
I work with adolescents and adults navigating anxiety, ADHD, relationship challenges, life transitions, and feelings of being stuck. My approach is warm, direct, and grounded in curiosity, meeting each person where they are to help them create meaningful change. I specialize in working with individuals who want to better understand themselves—how their past and present experiences shape their thoughts, emotions, and behaviors. My clients appreciate a relaxed, honest, and supportive space where they can take accountability while also developing self-compassion. Therapy is a collaborative process, and I strive to help people build deeper connections with themselves and the relationships that matter most. Together, we’ll work toward creating a life that feels more intentional, fulfilling, and aligned with who you are.

Working With Me
Therapy is a space for reflection, honesty, and personal growth—but that doesn’t mean it has to feel heavy all the time. I aim to create a setting where you feel comfortable being yourself, where moments of humor and lightness can exist alongside meaningful exploration. My approach is compassionate, nonjudgmental, and centered on understanding your unique experiences. I believe lasting change comes from self-awareness, intentional action, and a willingness to approach challenges with openness. I encourage clients to take an active role in their therapeutic process, and together, we’ll uncover strategies that align with your goals. My focus is on helping you build confidence, strengthen self-connection, and feel more in control of how you engage with the world around you.
