About

Carla Robinson

"By cultivating resilience, we reclaim inner strength, foster growth, and enhance well-being. Through collaboration, we navigate challenges, build self-awareness, and embrace positive change for a more fulfilling life."

Why I became a therapist

I became a therapist because I understand the significant daily challenges many people face due to a lack of resources, trauma history, low self-esteem, and minimal family support. My own experiences with times of misfortune and personal struggles have shown me how unexpectedly life can change. Further, throughout my life, I’ve felt deep empathy for those who endure life’s hardships, often alone, and I want to be the person that guides them towards a brighter and healthier future. Becoming a therapist allows me to fulfill this mission and support individuals in their journey to healing and growth.

Who I work with

I work with a diverse range of clients, including children (5 and above), adolescents, and adults, who face challenges such as depression, anxiety, ADHD, PTSD, trauma, parent-child conflict, parent-to-parent conflict, behavioral issues, and chronic illness. My approach ensures each individual feels understood and supported as we navigate these difficulties together.

“Through compassionate active listening, I foster healing and support self-autonomy with my clients. This approach encourages transformative growth as we explore effective therapeutic strategies tailored to your needs.”
