Why I Became a Therapist

I became a therapist because I am passionate about helping individuals thrive in their lives, not just survive. I believe in the power of resilience and personal growth, and I’m dedicated to supporting people as they navigate life's challenges. My goal is to empower my clients to develop the skills and insights they need to overcome obstacles and build fulfilling, meaningful lives. Seeing individuals grow, heal, and reach their potential is what drives me in this work.

Who I Work With

I work with adolescents and adults who are navigating various life challenges and transitions. My clients often face issues related to anxiety, depression, self-esteem, and self-worth, as well as career stress, work-life balance, and relationship difficulties. I also support those dealing with grief, trauma, and identity development. Whether you're managing academic pressures, exploring your identity, or seeking personal growth, I’m here to help you develop the skills and resilience needed to thrive.

“I provide a safe, non-judgmental space where you can explore your thoughts and feelings, while you take the lead in the therapeutic process.”
